Boarding Policy:
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated boarding location at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. This allows for efficient boarding procedures and ensures a timely departure.

Outside Food and Beverages:
Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board. If you prefer to bring your own beverages, our bar will be closed for the duration of your trip, and a fee will be charged. In this instance, we will only provide complimentary water.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All cruise routes are subject to change or cancellation due to prevailing weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
• In the event of a cruise cancellation by Napa Blue Catamaran due to weather or force majeure, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for an alternative date, subject to availability.
• Napa Blue Catamaran reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who fails to comply with established health and safety regulations or exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
